She's doing just fine, as a matter of fact we both sent our packets in today. We took them to the post office and it cost $15.75 overnite. I don't care, as long as it gets there. I'm sure margaret will aswer you tomorrow , she was pretty swamped today. Nice talking to you. Jansen / St. Louis, Mo. Guest guest
I am just tagging in but I think you must be talking about your packet. I used thr Fed EX system and it cost me $31.00 to insure next day delivery and that would have been Saturday so they did not get it until 3 PM Monday. They said it cost so much because we are in a pocket or something. At that point I went ahead and paid that much to avoid further hastle. Phyllis Alan Strong wrote: > Oh great P.J. Guest guest
My packet went in yesterday along with my co-worker's, !! Post office cost- $15. I know UPS is cheaper, just no office close by and I was in a hurry. Now I wait for the approval from Dr. R. Waiting is the worst. Now I understand what others have been saying about waiting (like our very own patient Trudy!!). I also have Aetna Insurance. I called first to find out who to send to - got her name, number and extension. Very important! I faxed mine, then called to make sure they received. Then called every few days. I got approval in 2 weeks. They said mine is covered 90%. I have to say that these people I dealt with in Dalls were not only professional but were actually friendly!! She joked about being " vertically challenged " and asked for my fat clothes when I got through. She asked me to let her know how it worked in case she might be interested. I don't think I have ever spoken to a nice insurance worker and I used to do it full time for my husband who is a chiropractor. I have probably stepped on somebody's toes with that remark, but unfortunately it is very true. I spoke to 3 different people to get approval and they were all nice! I think the most important thing is to get the name and numbers of your ins person and then follow up so they cannot ignore you. will let you know when (thinking positive!) I get approval!!
