11 hours and counting down the minutes!!!

Well all I have to say is that clinic on 10-24-00,

both 9 AM and 1 PM were BLESSED!!! I had such a good

time. Dr. R thinks I'm wired (and I am). He said (and

I quote) " I've just got one word for you... decaf. "

But I don't even drink caffiene. I am pumped about my

new body! If I get any more excited I think I'll

BUST!!!!!

We had about six people show up that were 6 months to

over a year post op and EVERY one of them lost over

100 pounds. They showed off their before pics and we

rejoiced for each of them.

Does it get any better than this? I'm going to share

my photos on line so that others can meet the post ops

in pictures.

I'll do this when I return. I'm downgraded to 56K on

the laptop and building web pages on 56K is like

trying to empty the Atlantic Ocean with a thimble! So

I'll post the photos when I get back to glorious high

speed.

The NC post ops have been great. Gloria and Penny

visited with me and I'm looking forward to meet Ginny,

Kate and April. I'll also attend the Saturday Support

Group for Dr. R and meet alot more post ops. My

skinney mom is amazed! She is finally getting excited

for me. She was just concerned that her only baby

(me) was going under the knife. She asked Dr. R a

billion questions. He was so nice to answer each one

of them.

Rikaya will be her Monday and we are going to get

together too.

Dr. R was simply wonderful! I have NEVER met a Dr.

like him. I have worked with hundreds of doctors and

it doesn't get any better than him.

Well, I've got 11 hours, 33 minutes and 2 seconds...

I'm counting down the minutes to my new body. Keep

the prayers coming!
