Guest guest
Teena, I like the fact that they are formed. You know, it could very well be that he is now getting rid of some poo that had been just sitting in there for a long time. I think things are still changing.... you're only 8 weeks in. We definitely do sometimes see yogurt and/or probiotics triggering die-off, though I'm not sure that's what this is. You're not seeing any other symptoms? I think I would stay with the yogurt and probiotics. And if the pecan flour is not causing LOOSE poos, I would keep it in. Patti posible yogurt reaction I started my son on goat yogurt 2 weeks ago, and we are all the way up to 1 1/2 tsp per day. I also introduced Pecan muffins(1 per day) within the last couple of weeks. He tolerated both fine until he started the probiotic on Thursday, and though he is not having diarrhea, he is having several formed BMs per day ever since. Should I back off on yogurt or muffins, or is this simply more die-off in a different form? Other than that he is eating a very basic diet of eggless chicken pancakes, chicken muffins, squash and bananas, applesauce and whatever other meat I can chop small and hide in the applesauce (usually chicken) occasional green beans and trying to introduce avocado Thanks Teena Ben 3 1/2 ASD, Dispraxia, multiple allergies SCD 8 weeks
