I have no authority to declare Larabar legal. Dried fruit and nut pieces are

for the

advanced. The dates in Larabar are not California Medjool dates. I don't know

what

" orange blossom water " is. Each flavor of the bars contains differnt

ingredients. I had a

bad reaction when I tried Larabar and will not have it again.

If others wish to choose to us it. it is upon their own responsiblility. You can

easily make a

similar bar by putting legal dates and nuts in a food processor or through a

juicer blank

food cone, moisten with a little honey or juice and add addtional nut and dried

fruit pieces

while still being aware that:

a. It is OK for someone that is healed

b. Elaine said not to use dried fruit frequently.

This whole discussion evolved because a list member found them on a website that

sells

SCD baking, assumed they were legal and posted about Larabar to the list.
