I am responding to some old emails. I have cp and CF. I am 50 years

old. My first attack was this past summer in July. My enzymes are

still, Lipase 1200 and my amylase is 358. No one and I have been to

four GI doctors, can tell me when this will improve. I have lost a lot

of weight and am very anemic. How do you handle your CP and trying to

get weight on. I am so tired all the time, I am a nurse and had to go

on disability. Reluctant as I must say. I do a little consulting. My

pain is not too bad. It is in the right upper quadrant and the nausea

and the blood sugar fluctuations are difficult. AT night time they run

about 180-190. I eat a lot of sugar candies and then they go up and I

get real jittery and can not sleep. I am really sleep deprived. Please

write me back and let me know how you are doing. Take care and I pray
