Hi Everyone...

I would just like to let y'all know that I found a great supplier of

protein... The place is called Protein Factory and they address is

http://www.proteinfactory.com .. The Ion Exchange Whey Isolate has about 24 gr.

of protein per 1/3 cup.. It's really " fluffy " so that's not really that much...

You can get it in chocolate, vanilla, fruit punch, banana and orange! And it

only costs 8.09/lb... I got the orange and it's great.. I put it in yogurt or a

smoothie <4-6 oz juice of choice, 1 small banana, 1/3 cup of protein powder,

ice, blended together well.. Only add ice to what you will drink within an hour

or so or it will get too watery> and it tastes wonderful! I think I will try the

banana next time..
