Guest guest
, My husband was having gallstone attacks a few months back, and being how he is, didn't want to go to the hospital to be treated for his pain. I therefore tried whatever I could find on how to help during an attack, and came across an article that explained substances that could be taken to dilate the ducts. Of those were Apple juice, (which if one is a diabetic, is unsafe for those persons to drink much of, as it can affect their sugar, and some other reason as to why it is unsafe for a diabetic), the other was..and from the reaction of my husband and the look on his face..I think personally, I would suffer with the pain, but it was to drink Epsom salts diluted with water. I gave it to him with a straw so as the bulk of it wouldn't touch his tastebuds, but alas, he got the taste of it, and turned green and amost gagging as he drank it..ughhhhh *L*..but it helped him some small amount. Also is good for constipation. He went many times after taking that *L* Sorry to laugh as i'm typing it, but it is funny to look back on it. Ward PAI Administration Support Staff dceward@...
