Guest guest
Hi all, My daughter was released from the hospital on Sunday after being admitted on the 8th. We were battling an infection at home for about a two weeks when she started to produce blood streaked mucous. As I mentioned a few weeks ago we are having troubles with insurance and looking for new doctors. Just before the start of her infection I contacted Columbia in hopes to make a smooth transition into their clinic from the non participating Pulm and Gastro doctors. Well they trully dropped the ball then and still have not managed to clear up the issues in order to get her ineven for a regular check up. Now that we need an appt ASAP for a follow up, they still fail to get it together. So I was wondering again if anyone in the NJ area had any suggestions. I hear St. ph's in Paterson is now an Affiliated Care Center. I have called them to set up a visit, they were so helpful. Based on there response to our situation I am drawn to give them a try. Does anyone have any helpfull info. on this clinic? In the mean time we will see try to see the old pulmonogist as " out of pocket " . Guest guest
Are you in North Jersey or South Jersey. If you are in South Jersey then Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, St 's children's hospital (Phila) and A I DuPont in DE are all excellent centers.
