I have tried chicken, beef in chili, fish and even a bite of pork, >> just an observation here, but does ANYONE follow Dr. R's diet plan???! I have yet to find someone who has. hhhuuummm

Guest guest
Thats a good question, I was wondering the same thing.. because I was wondering if there not be as many problems if we followed it just like he says... Not that I'm a saint and I feel that I can, I'm not there yet, right? Guest guest
Acutally I know someone who has followed the diet Dr. R gives to the T and she has done extremely well. 150 pounds lost since November of 1999 when she had her surgery. I full well plan on following it exactly if I get to have the surgery myself, no matter how difficult it gets. I want this way too much to not do everything I possibly can to make it work. --- hsmotherof4@... wrote: > << I tolerate everything I have tried, > except bread and pasta pretty well as long as I eat > it slow enough > and in small enough bites.
