Laurie:

Congratulations to you on your awesome weight loss!!! You are off to a great

start. Thank you for sharing your story. A lot of us have surgery dates

coming up in the next few weeks and it is stories like yours that give us

encouragement and strength as we cross over to the other side

Laurie, What a great update. I think you are going to see total resolution

of the idabetes, almost total resolution of the neuropathy, and PCOS will be

a distant memory. ANd I think all of this will happen in the next few

months. CAll me a dreamer, but I believe it in my soul.

Pleae keep telling us your good news. PhillyJude pre-op for a moment

Thats a good question, I was wondering the same thing.. because I was wondering

if there not be as many problems if we followed it just like he says...

Not that I'm a saint and I feel that I can, I'm not there yet, right?

Acutally I know someone who has followed the diet Dr.

R gives to the T and she has done extremely well. 150

pounds lost since November of 1999 when she had her

surgery. I full well plan on following it exactly if

I get to have the surgery myself, no matter how

difficult it gets. I want this way too much to not do

everything I possibly can to make it work.
