Folinic acid is a convert form of folic acid. When your body ingests folic

acid, it must then convert it to folinic acid in order to make use of it. Some

people can't do this.

Folic Acid - Folinic Acid - same or different?

I've read different accounts on this:

Is Folic Acid same or different from Folinic Acid?

Thanks

(sorry if I just posted this, thought I lost the original post.)
