Guest guest
Crystal I like to blend one ripe banana and one cup homemade yogurt in my smoothie machine which is typically a blender and enjoy a banana shake first thing in the morning. I personally do not add any honey, but you could if needed. > > Is there anyway to prepare cashew yogurt and flavor so a child will eat it. I mean is there a way to make it tasty? What can I add? What do you guys have success with. > > > Crystal > > > www.myspace.com/3sheets2wind > www.myspace.com/double_infinity > AVON-ISR > Campaign 20 catalog: > http://original.youravon.com/catalog/2006/20/en/index.html > Campaign 19 catalog: > http://original.youravon.com/catalog/2006/19/en/index.html > > > > > --------------------------------- > Sucker-punch spam with award-winning protection. > Try the free Yahoo! Guest guest
You can use pure vanilla extract. You add all flavorings to the yogurt AFTER it's made. Look for one that does NOT contain illegals such as corn syrup.... many do! Frontier brand has a legal vanilla extract.... just vanilla and alcohol. Sweeten the yogurt with honey or saccharin. Patti Re: OT sorry if I am not supposed to ask. Cashew yogurt recipe I also wanted to make a flavor , vanilla flavored yogurt is my sons favorite. How would I do that? Guest guest
Thanks for the info I found a recipe that called for adding it before you place it in the yogurt maker . Doesn't it have to cook somewhat? " Adding it after it is make it " (sorry for being so simple ) do you mean after the 24 hrs in the maker and 8 hrs in the fridge? Never made yogurt before actually I thought I used to cook for my family but after being on this diet for Jordan I now see that all I did was prepare food. This is cooking and fun when you get it right. So far I have had a few dishes hit the garbage before they hit our plates. Thanks for the help. Marissa PS Any one out there living in NJ ? not sure I am suppose to ask that ?. If not Sorry.
