Hi Val,

I used to be a daycrae provider and am racking my brain to remember

what I used to fix them for lunches and snacks. Lets see, there are

ramen noodles( really easy to fix), speghetti-o's( nice and messy)

macaroni and cheese( watch the type of noodles so little man does

not choke) and of course hot dogs chopped up into small, non-gagging

bites. Chicken noodle soup. You can buy frozen chicken nuggests and

bake them. Thats about all I can think of at the moment

Canned foods are fine. Heck, I think the majority of things we eat

are canned,frozen or packaged...kind of pathetic huh? My kids have

never had any weird effects from canned food. I do draw the line at

canned meat though!

GEE, That must be why ERIN is so healthy (20 yr). She is 6 ft & still

growing. Does allot of running & basket ball jumping , etc. always swam

too.Best wishes for the continued growth of your 11 year old.
