Guest guest
Ha ha. email me the exact dance steps you took, . lol, So, you were a stinky to the nurses, huh? Been there done that, at least you felt sorry for it later and apoligized you're too sweet, girl! Really glad to hear all these good things!! Thank you for the posts so close to my dance with the Doctor. Me and Jude both thank you. right Jude? Trude 2 days post op and doing GREAT! Hello Dear Listers, I'm 2 days post op and I feel WONDERFUL! As I've already stated, I left the hospital 13 hours after surgery. I am doing GREAT! I went shopping today, then to a praise and worship service at Mack & Timberlake's church in Creedmore, NC. I was getting stir crazy hanging out here in the room, so I got up and got out. The fresh air is what I needed. Gas is coming out of both ends... I felt I needed to burp and burp I did as soon as I got out and started moving around. No stinkies yet... I have been taking sips of white grape juice and sips of crane-grape juice. Both go down without any problems. I've has a few teaspoons of jello and a few cubes of watermelon. Today I tried a tiny bit of applesauce. I treated the PACU (recovery room) nurses sort of bad when I got out of surgery. I couldn't tell you who they are, I was in that grogy drugged state, but I remember yelling for pain medication and trying to turn on my stomach. So I went and picked them up a gift and took it by the hospital. While en route, I saw Dr. R... He was pleased to see me doing so well. Anyway, all is well here in Durham. For those of you who have called (and got the machine), I'm sorry... I missed your calls. Sincerely, I'm praying that all of next week's dancers will dance as easy as me! __________________________________________________
