Guest guest
Hi Kim (or anyone else that can help with this)- I am curious about vitamins. My daughter is currently taking ADEKS but I know you've said this is not a complete multi-vitamin. I want to switch her to one but none of them have as much vitamin a,d,e,k in them. The nutritionist said not to give her the ADEKS on top of a multi-vitamin because it would be too much. Any ideas? Does she actually need those amounts that are in the ADEK vitamins? My daughter is 15months and I am still breastfeeding.I know she's getting some of what she needs from my breast milk. I'm taking an Antioxidant and Chelated Mineral formula, do you think that enough would go through the milk that I can just give her the regular multi vitamin? She is also doing very well, has not had a cold yet or been on any antibiotics etc. Sorry for all the questions and thanks for any advice you can give!
