Guest guest
It's natural to question God when something happens or is happening that we don't understand. This is just MY opinion and the way I look at it....I can ask why would God sacrifice His Son? Why did Jesus take a beating? Why did He let those men do all that when He could've called heaven down on them? Why did He have nails driven through His hands and feet? Why did He die on that cross while asking His Father to forgive them? Why? To shed the blood in our place...He did it for all of man so no man would have to spend eternity away from Him. He died on the cross so He could rise again 3 days later and show the world just who He is. Everything happens for a reason...we might not see it at the time, or 15 years down the road, but someday it will be made clear to us. I really have to try hard not to stay negative...I could be bitter and say the heck with it all...I'm 25 years old and have had my life robbed from me because of CP...I missed most of the past 3 years of my sons life...we live in an older house, when by now, we could have had enough money to build a nicer one. You can always look at it like it's the end of ya, but I'm trying to look at it like there's always tomorrow. I simply thank God for my life and try to think that CP will simply make me stronger. I thank God for giving me a son, when so many don't even get to spend a day with theirs. I thank God for a home where all my needs are met. Don't get me wrong, I and everyone has their bad days where they don't even want to get up...but we have to TRY to stay positive...if not for ourselves, but for our loved ones. I hope what I have shared helps, not hurts. This is my experience in dealing with all this chaos...and it's not an easy row to hoe. I'm always here if ya need to rant and rave! I pray that y'all will find some peace in all of this. Talk to you later...:0)--Kim S.
