Guest guest
I found these date & peanut rolls at Home Economist today. They are made by The Jewel Date company. Is anyone familiar with them? I just emailed them to confirm ingredients but it states just date & nuts on the ingredients. THey are expensive online. They were 1/2 the price in the store (Home Economist). Here's their website if interested: http://www.jeweldate.com/

I am curious as to the other ingredients and whether theey are willing to send a hand written letter. I do suggest you read Homemade versus Storebought on our website and also recent messages about Larabar. I make my own confections with legal dates and nuts but we are not to have them often and only if advanced. http://www.pecanbread.com/new/scdfoods1.html#homemade Carol F.
