Guest guest
Yes, .... This absolutely could be related to die-off. You say he started the diet in January of this year? Not sure exactly when in January.... so if you could post back exactly how long on the diet. You might also let us know exactly what foods he's eating now, how they're prepared.... and what supplements, if any. Are you doing epsom salts baths? Patti could this be due to the diet? Good morning! Our son had a lot of melt downs and whining yesterday. No meltdowns about food - YEA! but a very, very low frustration level. One example: He was trying to play a computer game and he got so frustrated he started banging the mouse really hard because the computer automatically logged him off. When we said that if the game was that frustrating he needed to take a break, he just started whining about the stupid computer and went on and on about it and how frustrating it is - he was on the verge of tears. That is one example from yesterday. He is not usually this way. Could this be some type of die off signal? or do I need to look at other things? Guest guest
Hi, My 10 year old son has been brought to tears before, because of a video game...and I'm sure it was die-off. He was sooo whiny over the games...we had to shut them off for a few days. He didn't like us taking them away from him...but he felt better taking a break from the games/computer.
