Is there anyone who has had the MGB who is hypoglycemic. My blood sugar drops

when I refrain from eating sugar. Anyone???? Also, has anyone heard from

Cindy (Spunky)? She hasn't posted for about a week, I've E-mailed her, no

response. Just wondering. Thanks.

Thanks for replying, Tarri. I just started another diet this week, and I had

a quick reminder of how it feels when my blood sugar level drops. I have to

drink Orange juice to bring it back up again. I don't understand if there's a

preexisting problem before then how come not after surgery? It's great news,

just baffling.

Pat,

Before the MGB I had wild hypoglycemic swings. If I let it drop by not

eating on a regular schedule - weak, sweaty, blurred vision. I am happy to

report that I have not had a single swing in the last 7 weeks.

Pat, I can't explain it myself. I just knew I was destined for glucometers

and syringes, like the majority of my relatives on my Mom's side. I don't

understand how it works, I'm just glad it's another one of the side effects

I'm thankful for on a daily basis.
