My starting weight was 272...UUGGHHH!!!!! I do a variety of things. I do

calisthenics five days a week; I do one step or double step aerobics class a

week, I do one or two kickbox aerobics classes a week; I do Pilates about

three times per week; and I work abdominals every day. I do a couple of hours

a day on the recumbent cycle and the elliptical cross trainer. I try to vary

it so that I can get the most out of my work outs. I teach hip/hop hi/lo

twice a week. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO ALL THIS TO GET IN SHAPE! I am in

training mode because I have to stay ahead of the class. I take creatine

before workouts too. I could probably add some protein, but I haven't yet.

But, I plan too soon.

Walking and aqua aerobics are excellent choices too.
