Carbs sugar, fat and protein, whats more to cut?

Hi, thanks for your comments. I am in the stage like some of you. If I

cut the carbs what could I eat. Someone suggested raw or cooked

spagetti, good luck!

But really there is a problem for many of us as I can see, nuts and

beans dont go for me, nor do much meat 1ounce at the time max twice a

day. I have the sugar urge but become sick, same with bread, and I only

take like 1-2 pieces of gluten free a day. Ricecakes and rice porridges

doesnt seem to be the thing any more either. Therefore how on earth will

we get something nutricious? Have anyone tried Avocado, tried it lately

but dont know if it goes or not because I seem to be reacting against

nearly everything at the moment. Time for clear soup probably, but that

means loosing weight. I will look in to Marks index articles, there

might be som helpful info. Good luck to us all, we need it! Lol Sonja
