Sara,

Could be a bug. I would hold off on giving too much sweet stuff. It sounds like

he's craving it. I think that giving him whatever he will tolerate right now is

good. All cooked although I would hold off on the peanut butter. Apparently many

of the children do not do well on it. It can be pretty hard on the system esp.

if he's throwing up now. Is he tolerating any yogurt or probiotics?

Hi,

Austin, my seven year old boy has been vomoting all night, 4 episodes

and he had 3 B.M yesterday as oppose to his normal once a day. Two

times formed, one time didn't see. Anyhow wanted to get your rexans as

into it, do you guys think he may have got a hold of something or just

a viral infection and how do I treat it.He doesn't eat chicken soup at

all. Should I give him his regular eggs, burger, spinach and carrots

all cooked. He also loves home made Pine apple popsicles that he's been

obssessing with for the past 2 days, lots of oranges and pear...3-4 a

day of each and bananas and almond and penut butter cookies...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Charlene,

he's been on probiotic since the first week, he hasn't had trouble

with penut butter before but I would hold out on that. He's been

vracing popsicles, oranges and pear, I don't know if the orange is

too good for him now...the Vomit smells horrible almost like really

bad Stool...so hold off on cookies...is just giving him cooked pine

apple pops ok?

Are the pineapple pops just juice? You may want to dilute them. That would

probably be fine for some sugar in his system if he's vomiting. There is a

recipe for an electrolyte drink at www.pecanbread.com. I personally am not fond

of it. I use the one I found in the doctor's book of home remedies. I take very

watered down juice (any that's tolerated) add a TBSP of honey and a pinch of

salt. It does the same thing.

Is he still vomiting?

Charlene,

He crashed about 9 this morning, I just cooked some apples and made

him some pops with a bit of honet and it of salt. I'm hoping he gets

better soon.
