Have you read the letter that is posted under the insurance section

about the lady that had the same problem. She got alot of info

together that you can use and statistics that helped her get the MGB.

It is in the section that gives you all the insurance appeal letters.

Between her and Dr. R. the appeal was very massive. That is the

letter

that I will use if my insurance denies to do the MGB.

Try to find it. IF you can not, I will try to locate it and send it

to

you via email.

Dear : please keep me up to date regarding your struggle with

the insurance company. Good luck with your continued struggle. I

have not heard from mine at all. When I called them yesterday they

said they haven't received anything so I will be faxing and sending

Dr. Rutledge's letter via certified mail tomorrow. If you could I

would really appreciate a copy of that letter that you are talking

about below should I get rejected, I will be prepared. My email

Debby, You can site all of the stats regarding the problems the " standard "

procedures have which this has much less of. But I'd ask Dr. R for what his

response to that very question would be. No doubt he's had to answer that

one a zillion times. Good luck. All my fingers and toes are crossed!
