OT: Boys sick. Need SCD compliant remedies

just threw up tonight twice and it was very mucousy. I was told there is

a virus going around here. I do not know if that is his problem or not. If so,

Garrett is likely to get it as well. Please give me some SCD compliant remedies

for allergies, teething possibly with two year molars (they are due but I have a

hard time getting into their mouths to see if they are coming) cold viruses, or

vomitting virus. Don't know yet exactly what is causing the problem and do not

at the moment have time to research remedies for the various issues.

I do know about the chicken broth and will use mixed with some juice, also

saline nose rinse (though the congestion is not in the nose. It is in the

chest.) and vicks vapor rub. Any other remedies or comfort type suggestions?

Appreciate any help or advice.
