Hi ,

I am exhausted by this project, As soon as I recover, I will add more

parents' reports.

I also have other plans for this website that still need to be done...

Since you mentioned this, this will be my first priority. Thank you

for the feedback.

Mimi

Hi Sharon,

Thank you so much for finding that Jen Young's story had been

accidentally cut off. I restored it a few minutes ago. I really

appreciate feedback for improving the website!

I must say that I enjoyed rereading Jen's report. Jen's son had one of

the worst GI tracts and yet Jen was able to recover both his brain and

gut. Jen used special techniques that she learned from Elaine to

overcome the huge obstacles. I hope to one day load all of Jen's

posts from old lists on a webpage so that parents of children with

extreme obstacles can copy her path.

Originally, the article about " SCD and Fermented Foods, " contained a

lot of information about kefir. However, since we have many beginners

on our list, we cut out that section.

White Egret Farm used to sell Goat Dry Curd Cottage Cheese. I am not

sure about the change and will ask someone to check it out. The new

cheese might NOT be legal. Thank you again for bringing this to my

attention!!

A very grateful Mimi
