Guest guest
I have found that if I wear socks to bed it helps. If my feet stay warm, it does help some with the leg cramps. Mine happen so often that my legs don't even get sore anymore and I have some major cramps!!!!! Just try and keep your feet warm and see if that helps any. w BTW-my grandmother use to take "oyster shell" for this and said it helped her. It is a supplement, so make sure if you do try it that you ask your doc if it's ok with your other drugs first. Good luck all!!!!! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>. <TERRIBLE leg cramps all night.
