Guest guest
Hello, I left the yogurt maker on so the yogurt fermented for 31 hours. Can I still cook with it or feed it to him for the nutritional value instead of the bacterial strains. Leaving it on that long kills them right? Thanks Hinojosa, 3.5 yo Celiac, SCD since Feb 14, 2007

It begins to lose it's potency as 24-29 hours give best results when it comes to fostering growth of the benefivial bacteria. Carol F.
