May I have the recipe? > Baked Squash with Dates, Pecans, Pear, or Apple Preheat oven to 350F. *Peel a butternut squash, remove seeds and stringy spart in round end. Cut into 1/2 " cubes. Spray a baking dish with oil. Peel and core an apple or pear and cut into cubes. remove pits from about 4 Medjool dates or some large raisins and cut dates into smaller pieces. Add a few pecan halves. Melt some butter. Toss ingredients in the butter, arrange in the baking dish and pour on honey to taste. Sprinkle with a small amount of cinnamon and if desired a litte rosemary. Coverwith foil and bake i hour. This tastes better when cookec even longer or reheated until it begins to brown and carmelize. *Our market sells the squah already peeled and seeded inpaper trays with plastic wrap. This dish is for those who are advanced. Carol F. SCD7 years, celiac
