Dear Fellow MGB'ers

Well, after waiting 9 months and chainging insurance companies, I

have to make the decision to hold off having the MGB for awhile.

My husband had a heart attack on Friday, the CATH procedure came out

negative, but caused him to have a stroke. It is one of the risks

that can happen. Thank God he will be OK, but it will take some time.

I was planning on requesting a January date with Dr. R., but need to

let my husband Tom get back on his feet. I also feel it would be too

much stress to put on the kids in two short months. This is the

first time they have seen that one of their parents in not

invincable. It has them very scared. I too am worried but

optimistic that everything was caught in time. It is not time right

now to put myself first. This has been a wake up call, and some

lifestyle changes have to be made. Maybe when I am ready to dance

with Dr. R. I will weigh a little less and have developed better

eating habits.

It has been wonderful, seeing the successes, and disheartning to see

some of the dissapointments you all have shared. I wish each and

everyone of you well and continued success. I know where to turn if I

need you, you all are truly a support group. I will not have time in

the upcoming months to spend the time on the computer, so I bid you

so long for now.

I have seen the out pouring of prayers on this list often, please

keep my husband in your prayers. Thank you and God Bless,

, Denver, NC
