Laminated Pancreatitis Card

what your condition is, how to treat you in case of emergency etc. "

I think that is a great idea. I recently created a shortgeneric version of

the letter for ER's of people with pancreatitis. We could easily do even a

shorter version for a card. I like that idea!

We are actually in the process of creating PAI Membership cards, so we have

the supplies necessary to make these cards. We can either make them and mail

them out via snail mail and / or have a version on teh website for peopel to

print out themselves. Of course, those would not be laminated or on card

stock, but it would help.

Let me know, what you think should be on them [front and back], and we'll

get a " prototype " out.
