Guest guest
Hi there, You can find information about the Frey's procedure at : http://www.liv.ac.uk/surgery/resrch.html Go into " About the pancreas " then to chronic pancreatitis. You need to scroll quite a way down this page, and it will tell you all about the surgical procedures, including diagrams. I haven't had this procedure, but i have had a total pancreatectomy at The Royal Liverpool Hospital. This information has been written by my consultant Prof. Neoptolemos. Good luck to your fiance for thursday. Please let me know how he gets on. Best wishes. Sue (UK)
