This is probably not the correct thing. DCCC should be gritty and fall apart

when opened. I personally don't use it much but when I do I get so frustrated

cause its so messy! :) If what you have is a solid mass and does not fall apart

when touched or handled its probably not real DCCC.

I ordered some pasturised DCCC from the Swiss Connection but it wasn't

the dried curd. It is thick like dripped yogurt. This is a new co. that

I am not used to. But it was suggested by someone on the list. I am a

little concerned and want to be sure that it is ok. Any comments?
