Jessia,

I'm a newbie (111 days for my son), but here is what helped us.

Removing carrots, bananas and his ASD Plex vitamins. We did not get

consistantly formed stools until 90 days or so. Remember that stools

may get worse at first. We also recently tried nut flour and had

mushy stools again. No problem with nut butter. (Macadamia)

It is so hard to figure out sometimes, but once you get him settled

on the things you know he can tolerate and then start adding one

thing in at a time it will be easier to tell what the problem is. We

also used the help of an SCD counsler and I'm happy we did. I also

was mind boggled.

But stick with it! We are seeing good things from my son.
