Bad News 's lung collapsed

Hi All I just called NY to talk to my kids and found out went to the ER

last night.He was transferred to Syracuse with his lung collapsed.Please pray,or

think good thoughts,or what ever you all do.He is 20 and he is being treated

with electric shocks to his lung to get it to inflate.I think I cheered him up a

little by telling him about the house.He was scared last night and didn't know

what was happening just he was hurting.I told him about Boomer's helping cf

people who are going to college (he is in college to be a nurse).He has been in

the hospital enough to know there are not enough MALE nurses so he decided to

become one.I don't know how long he will be in there but I will call tomorrow

and ask .Please remember him in your thoughts.BeckyB.Mam to 8-kids-2w/cf-and

Nana to 2

It is very scary.

Good for him in wanting to be a nurse. That's great.

Dear Becky,

I'm so sorry to hear about . It must be hard to have one of your babies

sick and not be able to be there with them, even if they are 20! I bet he is

going to be a great nurse. Some of our favorite nurses have been guys. I'll

keep in my special thoughts and send positive vibes (we sound like

hippies huh?)

In case Becky doesn't get on tonight. Allot is going on, but she will try

to after church tonight again. BUT Josh is doing better . They were

inflating lungs & after talking with Becky , he is doing well . They have

been going to that clinic/hospital so all are familiar with him -----them.

was there also before. Sooooo, the good news is someone will also do

the electric hook up for her so that is another savings. She is very excited

.. Aunt B is driving there with some things this Saturday ..if all goes

well -weather , etc. She will be talking to Becky soon. too.

Hopefully she'll get the MILAN FDN check was so good about setting up

acct for.... soon, & that will help with move in . So, that will help so

much......several have also sent her gift certificates as well as items.

Her parents address I have posted many times but if anyone missed , just let

me know. That is where we are asking mail, packages to go . There is someone

there at all times. & it is easier for Becky right now.

She wont be there all day first week as she will be having to drive & pick

up kids daily , plus -out getting other " stuff " done. Picking up glasses

for . (Doc changed at the appt the other day, & is making them, so she

has to take him, fittings, & back to school.) ANYWAY. It is just easier for

her right now.

APPRECIATION to you all with all kinds of special thought as well.

Hopefully, she will be able to get on tonight again.

Marcia (mks65roses@...) has gotten her a laptop & is upgrading

it & will send to her at her parents too. She is a doll . She sure knows

allot about computers too. I told her to write really good

instruction.....heehe Becky says she is a computer dummie..BUT , I said I

own that title.....hehe.. Anyway, It is beginning to be a normal family

again , excited about a new home.....All the wonderful friends , back in a

town she knows,-AND all the help so many have extended to

her...........Thanks to all of you .

I have given numbers for her to list, BUT if you cant reach her, write me

or call me & I will try to assist you . We connect each day at least once &

I will either ask her your question , or have her contact you .......
