Guest guest
http://www.hosppract.com/issues/2001/01/moss.htm This was written some time ago by Dr. Moss of Stanford. Stanford and CFRI have had Dr. Neils Hoiby of Denmark speak on many occasions. Besides, the pictures on this site are a real kick! Hoiby said two years ago to ME that most with cystic fibrosis on the Danish approach lived to about 48, and he thought that only two transplants had been done. That does not mean that some did not die far too young--just far fewer proportionately than in the usa. Feel free to delete, but I have read this site several times and I just adore both Moss, M.D. and Neils Hoiby, M.D. Getting a bit dotty here! Love to all coping with cystic fibrosis in any way! n Rojas
