anything to give toddler to CAUSE constipation?

My poor son (almost 3) has had constipation for 6 weeks now. and now

he has been put on Augmentin (cultured PA for the 1st time 2 weeks

ago in addition to TOBI). His poor butt is so raw, he screams when

he gets his diaper changed. He is exclusively g-tube fed (Peptamen

Jr) so I don't expect hard stools but this liquid stuff is getting

out of hand (and diaper!). I have added rice cereal to the feedings

but I don't see any improvement. We tried immodium and it didn't

help. Is there a supplement or anything I can try? It has to go

through his g-tube so it can taste awful. He is allergic to milk and

eggs which complicates the matter. ANY ideas would be wonderful.
