Guest guest
The only ingredient in this that I'm not familiar with is the croscarmellose. I could not remember if this one is okay or not. Here's the Wikipedia definition: <<Croscarmellose sodium is an ingredient in medical formulations. It is highly absorbent and insoluble (like a sponge). This brings the remaining ingredients into better contact with bodily fluids and improves their bioavailability. Chemically, croscarmellose sodium is the sodium salt of a cross-linked, partly O-(carboxymethylated) cellulose. Croscarmellose sodium was first used as a stabilizer in horse dietary supplements.>> ============= So, I *think* that this additive would be okay..... based on this definition, since it is derived from cellulose, which is legal.... however, I'm just not sure. It's not on our list of legal/illegal supplement additives on www.pecanbread.com . I hope someone else can comment. All the other additives look okay. Whenever you have a question about a supplement you want to use, just compare the labeled ingredients to that list that's in the " Supplements " section at pecanbread.com.... before you ask on the list. Often times, you can puzzle it out yourself. Patti Question about Vitamin C & rose hips I have some vitamins from CVS. Are they SCD legal? Guest guest
Thanks for the info, Patti. I hadn't realized there was different info on the main pecanbread site. I had scoured this Yahoo group prior to posting.
