Guest guest
Donna, I'm so sorry that Cameron has had such a bad time lately, with both the new pains and the " breakdown/seizure " he had. I hope he is doing somewhat better now. I'm sure they checked for things like appendicitis in the blood work up. Let us know what they find out. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Sorry to hear he's had to go through such a rough time lately. Here's a link to a site which has some good information about most of the more common Lab tests/procedures that might give you and Cameron some good information: Lab Tests On Line This site will help the patient understand the many clinical lab tests that are part of routine care as well as diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions and diseases. Health care consumers are being asked to assume more responsibility for their care. Knowing more about lab tests and the issues surrounding testing is an important step in this direction. http://www.labtestsonline.org/site/index.html Hope this helps. --Tull Assistant Moderator Pancreatitis Association, Int'l
Guest guest
Donna, Have you had your son checked for celiac disease?? Just curious, because I had been " lactose intollerant " since childhood. Since I found out that I have celiac disease, I am able to eat dairy products again (thanks to the gluten-free diet). Just a thought. Good luck with all the upcoming tests. Take care Kris in TN
