Hi there, I bought some almond flour a couple of months ago from a supplier here

in Toronto and she told me that if it is in the freezer it should last

indefinately. I would use it up and not worry, especially if it is frozen.

If it was kept in the freezer the whole time, it should still be ok.

Jodi and Jennt who wrotethe Grain-Free Gourmet cookbook (jodu sells almond

flour) say

five months is the limit in the freezer

Yeah, it doesn't seem any different from the day I got it (except that

it's cold-ha ha) so I assume it's still good, but you know what they

say about assume!
