It's a curse !! I swear it is!!

I swear that every time I tell my doc that I have been doing good

then wouldn't you know it, my pain goes through the roof!! I just

talked to Dr. Lehman on Thursday and told him that my pain meds are

working fine for me, that I only get mild break through pain , but

it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. We decided to hold off on any

more procedures since my pain was being controlled pretty well.

Well this morning I went to the hairdresser for a trim and I was

wondering why my pain was getting worse when I had just taken a pain

pill 1 1/2 hours ago?? I just figured things would calm down

because I was sitting at the salon for approx. 2 hours. When I

left, the pain started in real quick and real strong. I tried to

walk it off for alittle while but then I realized I was becoming

exhausted very quickly. Anyway, I did make the drive home (thought

I was going to have to pull over a couple of times), and then I took

more pain meds and rested. I remember reading someone's post a

while back, and they said they had just come from their doc appt and

told their doc how well they had been doing, then 1-2 days later

had an attack!! I think it might have been Fliss?? Maybe not. I

told my hubby, it must be a curse !!... I was really excited too

when I found out that I didn't have to travel to Indy for a

procedure anytime soon. Well, I guess I have vented enough. Sorry

for the gloomy post. I am just feeling very down now too. I guess

it comes with the territory....
