Belle,

Skinny stools show inflammation generally. As you progress on SCD and that

inflammation decreases they should get thicker. My best advice is not to strain

when having a BM. Just relax and let the body do the work. I have found in the

past the more I try to go, the skinnier they get.

Does anyone know if pencil thin stools indicate a problem? If so, what? Should
