I have Medcost Preferred and I had absolutely no problems. Dr. R's office

sent in the letter for me and a couple of weeks later I got a letter in the

mail stating that I was certified for three days in the hospital, but this

wasn't a good enough answer for me, I still wanted to make sure that they

would cover at the usual benefits (90%) so I contacted my Human Resources

Manager here and she called the administrater of the Insurance Plan, within

a couple of days I had a letter stating that they would pay at 90%. I was

thrilled that I didn't have to go thru the insurance hassle. So good luck to
