It's been 5 years since my daughter had the whipple,At first she had very

good results,but over time,things went downhill.She has chronic

pain,malabsorption in spite of enzymes(Viocase),diabetes,IBS,and major dental

problems due

to all the vomiting,Everyone is different,so some may find more relief than

others and for varying periods of time.My sister also had the whipple with

similar results except for numerous bowel blockages .Her pancrease is almost at

" burnout " ,so her pain levels are decreasing,but she's also diabetic,and still

vomits often.I don't want to scare anyone-like I said everyone is different.
