Guest guest
Most yogurt makers instruct you to add water to the main container, into which you place the inner batch container that holds the yogurt itself. This helps to keep the temp consistant, etc. But, yours could be different... I don't know. I have never used that particular one. The instruction book that came with your maker should tell you whether you do or don't put the batch container into a water bath. Patti Quick Help Please - Yogurt I'm in the middle of cooling my goat milk to make my first batch of yogurt, and I've hit a snag. The instructions on Pecanbread.com say to add water to the appropriate maker of the outer container. BUT, I can't find any mark and the yogurt maker's instructions don't mention adding water. I have a Salton Yogurt Maker (1 quart) Model #YM-9. Please help! Do I add water to the outer container, or is it okay not to with this model? Thanks in advance! , mum to (3RS)
