Goat Yogurt As A Starter

Someone mentioned finding a plain goat yogurt to use as a starter. Today I

found it too

here in Ontario, a brand new product from Hewiit's (one of our approved

sources of goat's

milk). I can't wait to see if my yogurt will be even better when I make it

with goat yogurt as

the starter.Thr ingredients are: goat's milk and bacterial cultures. Yippee.

tomorrow

before using the yogurt and post oremail the ingredients in the culture.

Thanks for the heads up!

Toronto, Loblaws Forest Hill Market, Natural Valus section, but wait until I

check out if the

cultures are legal. I just emailed hewitt's for the details.
