Guest guest
Unusual stool consistency, color, ect. are completely normal during the intro diet. Your body is " clearing the decks " . Remember that she has most likely had an overgrowth of harmful bacteria and yeast. It is also normal that her tummy would hurt. While two of my children are SCD, I am not. I mid December, I did the intro for a few days just to see what I would discover. For the most part, I felt fine. However, every day around lunch time, I would start to get stomach cramps that would eventually result in diharea shortly thereafter. I'm certain that my body was just being cleansed of the harmful flora. Epsin salts baths and activated charcoal can help with her discomfort. Meleah SCD 05/06 iel 3.5yrs.
