Guest guest
> I've read that specific bloodwork needs to be done...and on a regular basis. I don't remember where, but it said that to much of these thing can be very harmful. I'm curious if those of you that are following this regimin are consulting with a doctor for it or having bloodwork done for it. , My GI is aware that I take these antioxidants and has no qualms about it. I wasn't aware of specific blood work that needs to be done for it, so if you could furnish the source of that information, I'd most appreciate it. I've been taking the antioxidants for three years now, and I do have a full CBC done every 3 months in my GI's facility. He is quite conservative and very thorough, and everything has always been clear. I just had mine done last week, in fact, and there were no abnormalties. My only irregularity is that my LDL is higher (128) than they'd prefer for a diabetic, and I'm going to have to start medication for that. I'd be interested to know what they are testing or looking for. Any information you could suggest to me would be appreciated. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
