I was told $11,000. for hospital dep. $3455. for doc. dep. and $910. for Anesthesia deposit. and that has to be credit card, or certified check, no personnal checks. And I'm really enjoying it! Would any of you that were self pays please explain how all that worked. How much to expect the surgery to cost. Does ALL cost have to be paid up front?
