,

I think if there was going to be any sensitivity-type reaction to the dairy

itself, you would probably see that within 24 hrs. Some find that the

probiotics themselves cause a response... possibly some hyperactivity, etc?

Others have new rounds of die-off, triggered by the addition of all those lively

good flora.

Not everyone experiences negative reactions. You may not have any problems at

all. If not, then GREAT! If it's been just 24 hrs since you and your daughter

had those first " BIG bowls " , you *could* still see some changes in the next 48

hrs. I just think it's always best to introduce a small quantity of ANY new

food.... so hopefully, you won't have any fallout at all in the next day or so.

Try to go easy, though!

Yogurt and bad reaction

Hi,

So much for introducing yogurt slowly.

I have made my first batch of goat yogurt a few days ago. Wanted to try

it on myself first before giving it to my kids -- slowly.

Yesterday, I scooped a BIG bowl for myself just to see if I will have a

die-off effect.

Well, my daughter came along and wanted it. She is someone who never

want any food except those she's familiar with! No exageration.

She ate the whole bowl and kept saying " mmmmmm.... " .

Questions:

1. When should I expect the bad effects if any?

2. What kind of bad effects do people usually sees?

3. Does everyone see die-off? I have had a few bowls now and haven't

seen anything good or bad.

Thanks in advance.

Kely,

Yogurt is a powerful food and must be introduced in mocroscopic amounts. We

advise

starting with 1/8 of a teaspoon. It can produce strong die off symptoms, flu

like, bowel

and stool issues, ill temper, fatigue, tantrums etc.

Read about it in more detail:
