Smart Water is made by Glaceau and it has minerals and electrolytes

mixed in it so that some people can get the benefits of what you would

get drinking Gatorade, without the sugar that is in Gatorade. I have

been drinking this water for over 2 years and it has helped me keep

myself hydrated without having to hae my bloodsugar shoot through the

roof. I'm not sure about the vitamin water. I've seen it around, but

haven't tried it and don't know what it's content (minerals, vitamins,

etc.) is.

Hi -

Kimber did a nice job describing the Smart Water. The Vitamin Water is made

by the same company Glaceau. the Vitamin Water has soem sugar in it. It is

all natural and contains various vitamins depending on the " flavor " . Each kind

has a different " purpose " like defense, energy, etc. I choose mostly on

flavor.

When I am tired of those drinks and Smart Water, I make my own flavored

waters, like the old time phosphates I used to drink as a child. I buy

sparkling

water and add sugar free vanilla flavoring (you can add any flavor - I just

LOVE vanilla phosphates!). The brand I like the best for flavoring is Torani.

It is used alot at the coffee shops. I mix usually a tablespoon or two to 6 ou.

of sparkling water (if you don't want the gas, you can use plain water).
