Guest guest
We have a danmar helmet and the break in was day 1 - 1 hour twice total 2 hours Day 2 - 2 hours twice totaling 4 hours and so on Day 6 was sleeping in it and Day 7 would be 23 hours My daughter is a hot baby as well. In the summer she slept in undershirts and now that it is Winter in Michigan she sleeps in Pj's with no feet........it delinitely helps with the overheating. I just watch how I dress her. No sweaters and only long sleeves when the material is thin. Hooper Camille Hooper 13 months Danmar helmet since August 7th 2010...graduating January 14th 2011....whoo hoo! Re: Just getting started!!! Thanks so much for the information... I was really excited about getting the band until they started the process of him getting fitted then it kinda made me sad. I feel so bad that he will have to wear it 23 hours a day, and I couldn't imagine having to sleep in it. I am sure it will be very uncomfortable. He is very hot natured and sweats a lot already, so im sure his helmet will need cleaned often. Does anyone have pics of before and after the band? How long is the break in period, or how long do they where it during that period? > > > >> > > > We are just getting started with the band, my son is 6 months old and has been fitted but we have not received the band yet. Does anyone have any tips on just getting started, or what works the best while he is adjusting to the band?> > > >> > >> >>

Can u advise what to observe to ensure the band will work for him at this age. The doctor has also advise my son to go for a ct scan。 should we Go, as worry about the radiation.FromDaphneSingaporeSent from my iPhoneOn Dec 15, 2010, at 10:54 AM, "jamiewells2110" <jamiewells2110@...> wrote: Thanks so much for the information...
